FG Cakes & Culinary Training Centre was founded by Gitta Sheila Amoako (Mrs.), who brings extensive experience in the baking and catering industry to every class she teaches — including her time as lead cook for SunCity Pool and Restaurant.
A trained cake baking and decorating instructor, Gitta has taught over 200 students across 8 years of the company's operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Professional Studies, and prides herself on supreme customer service — greeting every student and client with a smile. With her experience and entrepreneurial drive, FG Cakes & Chops continues to thrive in Kumasi and beyond.
